The new Macroscope in Action, available under "How to" menu, offers a different perspective of Macroscope/360.

The perspective "Program Scenario" illustrates the complete business transformation cycle, from creating an initial business concept to harvesting the benefits of its implementation. The illustration provides hyperlinks to the most relevant Macroscope pages in their current form. More specific guidelines or links are under development and will gradually replace the current ones. While the "Agile Scenario" illustrates which and where agile practices may be useful in the solution life cycle.
