Macroscope/360, a major upgrade of Macroscope, available online since automn 2017.

The focus of Macroscope/360 is on what is necessary and sufficient in most cases. The aim is to be as lean as possible while maintaining the 360° view on change initiatives, retaining in particular the famous "Four Ares":

• Are we doing the right things?
• Are we doing things the right way?
• Are we getting things done?
• Are the things we are doing providing value to the business?
